RCA Case 5:
Initial angiogram shows a distal occlusion of diffusely diseased, tortuous RCA.
Guidewire at proximal cap of CTO. Note severe tortuosity in distal RCA.
CROSSER tip and guidewire in true lumen distal to CTO. 4:50 of activation time was used to penetrate heavily calcified RCA.
Final result after 2 bare metal stents.
